Good health is a blessing. If we have it we aim to keep it and if we are without it we look to obtain it. When in good health we can live well and enjoy life fully.

Mental health and physical health are intertwined. I have found amazing results in myself and in others by working with both the body and the mind together. It is in my experience that this dual approach to wellness accelerates well-being and opens us up to make positive changes at a great pace.

The Transformation Series, a ten-session package, offers an integration of all four modalities (MFR, EFT, Yoga/Meditation, Diet/Lifestyle) plus two nature sessions! We address a current issue(s) from multiple angles. This helps to stir things up, and move us into healthy change.

All four four mind/body practices are offered two times each, plus two sessions are out in nature. The intensity and consistency provided by multiple sessions in a two-three month period offers each client a truly unique experience.

Life is a series of mini transformations, each one leading us deeper within, to where our True Self resides. The Transformation Series can be done once, or multiple times. Healing and transformation are continually in process....

The Inner Child Program helps us explore, identify, and engage with the little child within. We all have a little innocent child inside who’s soul purpose is to love and to be loved. Our childhood circumstances, even in the best cases, can leave this child hurt and traumatized, creating a break in our energy which develop into shadow aspects of the self. As our awareness and relationship to the child within grows, we operate from a more integrated place, come to know and embrace the dark places within, honor our uniqueness, and care for ourself and others more deeply.

This life is a journey of healing. All the modalities I offer have been an integral part of my own healing. I know the power and benefits of each modality, and so now I offer them to you.

I know what it’s like to suffer. I know what it’s like to heal. We have great potential as humans to heal ourselves. As we heal, our family heals. And as we heal, humanity heals. As we heal, the Earth heals. Every step we make in the direction of healing is a gift to ourselves and a gift to the world. Each one of us is an incredibly valuable and unique part of the whole.
