Good health is a blessing. If we have it we aim to keep it and if we are without it we look to obtain it. When in good health we can live well and enjoy life fully.
Mental health and physical health are intertwined. I have found amazing results in myself and in others by working with both the body and the mind together. It is in my experience that this dual approach to wellness accelerates well-being and opens us up to make positive changes at a great pace.
